Refund and Return Policy
Defective Goods
All goods sold on flissfloss.com will be entitled to the replacecement or refund for defective goods as stated in the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are also entitled for repairs and replacement if it does not meet acceptable quality.
Change of Mind Returns
Purchases made at flissfloss.com have the rights of for a Change of Mind returns.
Product exchanges and store credit will be allowed provided the item in question is:
1. Within 7 days of receiving order, the item is returned or notified the team about return.
2. Has all original packaging, including tags. Packaging seals must be unbroken. Is as new and has not been worn, or the package opened.
3. Is in a condition to be resealable and sold again.
4. Is not damaged in any way.
Packages that have been opened (seals are damaged or broken) will not be accepted for a Change of Mind return
A Change of Mind return item must follow our return process.
Change of Mind returns can be completed using NZ Post.
Any returning good will be at your own expense, including the cost of sent and return shipping. If an item is not received by us, it wont be eligible for an exchange.
Please contact us for any problem with your goods. An investigation will be put in place for you to rightfully get your items exchanged, or refunded, provided you fillow our return of goods instructions.
